Bingo. It’s interesting that in places where woman have the least equality, least freedom and the most oppression, they are represented in STEM fields at a higher rate. Left wing nut jobs can’t get it through their heads that the average woman has no interest in becoming plumbers, construction workers, sanitation workers, software engineers etc etc etc Woman place more value on work/life balance. They want less stress and responsibility. One of my best friends works a corporate job and she has had opportunities to move up, make more money and have increased responsibilities. She has flat out told me she doesn’t want the added stress.

I didn’t say they get killed at the same rate. I have no idea what the actually rate statistics of that are. The stats show that far more blacks are killed by other blacks than are by police officers. It’s probably 50 to 1. Kudos to you on the mentoring.

I bet your familiar with all the instances of blacks being shot by police, yet you can’t name one out of the thousands of black on black homicides every year that happen in the US. White people get killed by police all the time too. I was jumped and robbed in the middle of the night by 5 black men, so boohoo to you and your uncomfortable feelings. Stroman was criticized because of his behaviour and his character and you went and made it a race issue. We live in a world were companies are making massive cuts to their bottom line and people are getting paid less than they ever have. If females truly got paid less for the same work you can bet every company out there is going to be taking advantage of this arbitrage and will hire exclusively females at which point the demand for females is going to strip the supply, forcing wages up.

The problem with Marcus Stroman is he doesnt think before he speaks or tweets. He isnt humble, has a big ego and would put himself before the team. The most likeable players on the jays are Marco Estrada or Osuna. Take a look at Marcos humble beginnings and how he conducts himself as a professional. He will always do whats best for the team. Roberto Osuna was forced to work when he was 11 years old to support his family.
