    You're right, he was originally a starter when he came up in 2016 but didn't stick. Needs to work some off speed stuff into the repertoire.

    Girardi gotta be thinking, "maybe we should think about adding Green into the rotation 2018". This kid has been money this post season. Little known fact, he was originally drafted by the Jays back in 2010.

    They should have just dug up Sparky Anderson and propped him up in the dugout. These type of hires have me convinced that if the Jays let Gibby go he would be picked up by another org in no time. Anyone better than Ausmus though.

    Directly no, but indirectly he had to throw an extra pitch....the impact, who knows? edit: he got out of it so no effect i guess. Still a brutal call that could have decided the game.
