Devers is making $31M+ per season. No one knows but it wouldn't surprise me at all if Vladdy eclipses this number. 10/$330M is a possibility.

Who said it hasn't? The Jays hired him in a VP role. I'm sure he has/will have a lot of influence on the team but he just got here last season. Atkins is a gm not a VP. Can there be any doubt that Click was brought in to help him with strategy? -

Soto signing with the NYY would be a good move for him if the $ is right. He doesn't have to be "the guy" because Judge takes all the media heat about the team and can just play. OTOH I don't want the Yankees to have him.
