Guess we should fill some vacancies in this league before we do the lottery and draft(s).

I like Kappy, but seems like the edge goes to the Leafs on this trade.

Taveras was one of the best Leafs this series, his play was just overshadowed by a bad turnover. Leafs were definitely exposed on defense. Once Muzzin went down you knew things weren’t going to be pretty. Sandin and Liljegren need a bit more seasoning, but they have high upsides. Pair that with the signing of Lehtonen who was one of the top KHL defensemen and they have a bit of help on the way. I imagine Johnsson and Kappy are on the trade block for some defensive help as they are replaceable by Robertson in the near future. If for some reason the Leafs actually win the draft lottery then things will get real interesting.

I was able to vote. I think my issue was I was under the “league polls” section, when I read the “?” On that page it told me it would be displayed on the Home page of our league. My bad!

With Martin slipping to 4 on that mock I wonder if there’s a possibility he drops to 5 (Very small chance). I don’t think I’d be disappointed with any of Gonzales, Veen, Hancock or Meyer.
