Who's the old lady that sits behind home plate?!?!

Haha my brother and i have been wondering who she is for a long time, and i just googled it and found this thread, so funny that others wondered too! We thought maybe she was a players mother or wife of someone in management. Looks like we were wrong. We call her 'pinky toe lady' in honour of Della Reese's character in the Eddie Murphy movie Harlem Nights because she looks and dresses like her. If you've seen the movie you'll know what i mean
