It makes sense, hell I work with a guy that I can hear grunt while taking a s*** while I am in my room with the door closed and listening to music as I am sitting 50 feet away at work.

It isn't uncommon for pitchers to grunt while pitching, you hear it a lot of the time not sure why they think they just discovered North America or something here.
