Oil companies worldwide have delayed or cut capital expenditures by 300 billion dollars. This will absolutely have an effect on future supply being tighter. They say the best cure for cheap oil prices is cheap oil prices. Expect oil to go up, and probably by alot in the next few years.

I think they can be included as PTBNL until they are eligible to be traded.

I wonder if Edwin for Jeff Samardzija could make sense now. White Sox have great pitching and no offence. Might help them reload for next year.
