    Now we get to see for ourselves if Nick Martinez is really as bad as advanced stats show - this is a guy with the Rangers record for most consecutive starts allowing 3 runs or less.

    People seem to think Smoak is a superior defender... he's better then Edwin and he's still below average. Smoak brings the ability to pick the balls but his range is bad. I've seen nothing to say Colabello is worse @ 1B, yet. Colabello's offensive projections have surpassed Smoak's.

    It's completely obvious. Do you smoke? Smoking kills your taste buds.

    It removes 99% of chlorine, and that's what makes it taste better. There's no placebo effect.

    Do not get a Brita Filter unless you want to keep drinking contaminated tap water. The water will taste good because it removes chlorine and it will remove a portion of some other unwanted elements but overall you're still drinking dirty tap water. Buy spring water from a good source or consider reverse osmosis system (removes everything even minerals though).

    Carrera has grown on me a lot and with good reason. Plays an average or better OF (with speed), SB threat, and the bat has come around. I never want to see Colabello in the OF (or Valencia) but I have no problem with Carrera.
