    Yeah I guess I have only been to Montreal and Quebec City where people love hockey. Wait a second don't the Maple Leafs sell out every game for ridiculous prices? Are you trying to say no one in Toronto cares about the Maple Leafs and I imagining all the empty seats at the Rodgers Center.

    I don't even know what you guys are posting about baseball anyway. Don't Canadians only like hockey? I guess when you don't make the playoffs 8 out of the last 9 seasons in a league where everyone makes the playoffs it can become quite boring.

    If you did that it would be a good foundation of a deal. Maybe throw in 25 million dollars and agree to plant real grass in the Rodgers center and we might have an agreement.

    I guess you don't know how stuborn and vindictive Peter Angelos is. He would sooner make DD the scout of the Iraq/Syria/Lebanon region than let him go to the Blue Jays for a marginal prospect.

    When was the last time the Blue Jays were in the ALCS? I am guessing you would be tickled pink if your birds did as well as our birds last year. Let me see would I rather get swept in the ALCS or eliminated in August?

    You don't give a GM a 4 year extension with an opt-out clause for a promotion. There isn't a higher position anyway other than owner. So unless the Jays are making DD the owner it isn't a promotion.

    Yeah DD has only made the playoff 2 times in 3 years with a much lower payroll. AA must have taken the Jays to the playoffs 4 times in the last years? Right?
