    Instead of fighting, Gibby might show up to the park drunk, run around the clubhouse with his pants around his ankles, then fall flat on his face after picking a fight with Russ Martin.

    Well actually you are wrong. You might want to look at expanding your horizons a bit. Any sports psychologist would agree with me. Clearly you're a stubborn guy so no point in debating with you.

    I'd say your wrong, and subconsciously it does have an impact on players. Might be a minor impact, but his body language is terrible.

    Whenever I see Gibbons during the game, he looks so relaxed and is sitting by himself on the bench. Other managers I see are standing and interact more with the team during the game. I can't see this helping the team in any way, as the leader. I'd prefer some better body language from Gibby.

    Blue Jays optioned LHP Daniel Norris to Triple-A Buffalo. Norris entered the season with plenty of buzz and put up a decent 3.86 ERA over five starts, but he also had a 1.50 WHIP and had efficiency issues. The lefty complained of a "dead arm" recently, so perhaps he's not quite over that yet and the Jays prefer him working through things at Triple-A in the meantime.
