You have to take into account the economical conditions of a city as well. In Baltimore you are talking about a city that has nothing but crime rampant drug abuse. People aren't going to the stadium because they don't have any money. Baltimore is a terrible place to live

I think EE is as good as gone. Not signing Bautista seems like a great decision now I think that Shapiro will be willing to offer qualifying to all three. 1 year risk is not top much.
