His workload really wasn't awful for a good part of the season. That of course all comes back to the offence being more Hyde than Jekyll since August.

lolwut This team has been playing itself out of the playoffs and that's ultimately the end of the line. I want Gibbons f***ing gone too, but this comes down to the team playing mediocre if not downright terrible in 2/3 of the games in September.

This is exactly why I ask where the mindset has been. This type of s*** has been happening far, far too often this month and cost them the division and may cost them a playoff spot.
