    I like Jon neise a lot. And he won't cost an arm and a leg like shark. Plus he is controllable till 2017. I'd do Sanchez and a b prospect for him

    I honestly dont know what people see in Stroman. He is short, I cant see him consistently getting the range of action that will be required to pitch 6-7 innings and get MLB hitters out. He is suited for the bullpen, so essentially we are talking about a reliever and a possible pinch runner for a mid rotation rotation to above average starter

    The name Jon Niese has been brought up. To be honest, I cant think of a better fit. Also controllable till 2017 I would agree to trading major prospects for such a name

    Managers are paid for their ability to assess future conditions such as which player will develop into a star and which player won't In that regard not only did Alex fail he handed a rival exactly what they wanted eventually leading to that rival winning a world series The idea that it's okay to make moves as long as the player currently traded is not expected to evolve into a superior player us absurd. AA is paid above all to judge talent and he failed to for see Gomes's success If AAs job was just to make moves based on how players are currently performing then we wouldn't need him. Anyone with fangraphs can run a baseball team

    I'd be very cautious expecting anything more than a few spot starts from Hendricks. Ive seen him pitch, and he has failed over and over again at the MLB level. His fastball doesn't have enough movement to get MLB hitters out in my opinion. He is a smart pitcher, which is why he succeeds at the minors, but I cant see him doing too well. He will have a decent start tonight, only because its the Oakland Offense.

    What's your favourite Metallica song? I prefer Jazz What do you think about JP? I felt that perhaps if Ricciardi was given one more year, he would have been able to be successful. It was during his Era that Jays landed both Bautista and Encarnacion, and I always felt that he hit a patch of bad luck with both Marcum and Mcgowan going down at the same time. A lot of people forget that Jays had the second best pitching team in 2008. I hope he gets another chance at being the General Manager Can Goins stick? I do not think that young major league ball players should be brought up if they cannot handle major league pitching. Defensive specialist is an old mans game.
