    Honestly its just relievers Sometimes they just have bad years, and he hasn't even been that bad. If one of his HR turned into a fly ball and he had 2-3 less walks, he would be having the same year as last year. I think that things are going so good that a lot of people on this board are looking for problems

    I would honestly give up Sanchez and our next top prospect for Price. Stroman is a no, because he can help us now. In 2 years this Jays team will be torn down and we will start the rebuilding cycle anyways.

    That's a poor decision IMO. as hot as Edwin is, we are talking about an established ace and whats probably going to be a top3 outfielder in the majors for several years. Having said that, obviously you don't trade your top 2 bat in a pennant race. However never take the absolute approach. Two years from now Edwin maybe past his prime, where as Myers will be a top 5 player in the majors

    Its not really the cushion that it appears to be, But the Yankees are not that good this year. Could be very tight near the end

    League average for the DH/1B position, or league average overall. There is a difference on the position a player plays, and the kind of production that should be coming out of the position. It would be inappropriate to compare Lind's numbers to that of a shortstop or a center fielder. I would bet my hat that he was in the bottom 3 for regular 1B/DH players in the American League

    2010 OPS .712 2011 OPS .734 2012 OPS .729 Seem like terrible numbers to me, probably among league worst 20%. Not to mention having those numbers come from what should be a power posiiton

    +1 on everything said here. People actually forget all the frustration and defeat Lind put this team through. He was one of the worst hitters in baseball for two plus years
