Getting rid of FAT and SLOW umpires, managers, and coaches will definitely speed up the game. Umpires that take 2 seconds to make their stupid strike calls shall be fired. Also limit to one throw to check in on the runner at first. Catchers can only give one sign, and the pitcher can't take more than 3 seconds to get the sign and deliver the pitch. Manfred is onto something! Or on something. -
