I like how the NYY get a tee-ball fence approved and they have issues over slower grass. -
I think the actual numbers will be interesting to discuss in the future once a proper metric is developed. The graphics look cheap and cheezey though, I could see why people might complain.

In Canada, that would fall under s. 264.1(a) of the criminal code. You cannot consent to intentional bodily harm (ie: R. v. Bertuzzi, 2004 BCPC 472 (CanLII), ). Threatening to cause bodily harm is a crime. Im not sure there is a similar law in the US.
