They must sell the game plan to have the players believe and buy into it ! I coached football and I remember being a young coach and the " Don" telling us this and always remember it ! I have coached great players as a team that should've won it all! I also have coached crappy players that had no business winning it all, but they did! The difference was and I believe if the team doesn't buy into the program or the plan or schemes as a whole! You will not win s***! Case closed this is a team sport for a reason!
