    Cecil has been really solid since about the midway point of the season. He had some rough luck at the start of the season but he's put up pretty solid numbers overall. 11K/9 2BB/9 2.87 xFIP Cecil 2nd half? Pretty slick 13.1 K/9 2BB/9 1.98 xFIP Spinng a narrative that he has control issues based off of 2 postseason outings (2 PA)is dumn at its finest.

    Some pitching machines are tough at 80+mph, you don't really have a chance to load up with regards to not being able to time a pitchers wind-up. You just end up slap hitting like Otis Nixon. 1000 swings? that might take 2 weeks with a few off days in there
