Depends on the prospects and the other team in the trade, I don't think AA wants to pay either of them what they would get on the market so I assume he won't resign both, so why keep both. AA will likely be looking for more control than both players currently have though, so a deal with a contender may be hard to line up. Another thing is if a player is being traded from a seller for prospects, the Jays have to beat most other teams in baseballs offers, But few other teams have an offensive asset they can move to a contender without destroying their own offense. At the same time few teams have pitching they can move of that caliber that won't hinder their own playoff chances. Long shot, but worth exploring.
