In less than 1 and 1/3 games does xFIP tell you his fastball is straight as an arrow? Does xFIP tell you he's leaving his fastball up? Does xFIP tell you this guy has bad command?

His velocity is down and his stuff is not as good, he's not striking as many out. -Swinging strikes w/o contact down 5% from last year. -Average velocity down 1.1 mph from last year -Max velocity down 2.5 mph from last year -Stuff not as good Conclusion: He needs to go back and redo the "Steve Delebar Throwing Program"
