It's amazing that if you look at his year to year stats that since 2009 he has lowered his walk rate every single season, and this season his SwStr% is way higher than in previous seasons, so even if he might benefit from the occasional well-framed strike, he's also getting a lot more swings and misses than before.

It's a joke. Some guy in his first stint (when it looked like he was struggling) complained that he would never succeed as long as he kept chewing gum on the mound. I really don't care, he can do whatever he wants, specially if he's going to pitch like he is. -
