  1. King please stop posting images from fatcow's porn folder.
  2. Okay so I wasn't the only one that noticed that then...
  3. Well, if you factor in framing, Navarro is at or below replacement level, while Gomes should closer to 5 WAR, big difference.

  5. Give me a sec. I just woke up.
  6. Ujiri is just too awesome.
  7. If this article is correct then: Cavs: Love Timberwolves: Bennet, Wiggins, Thaddeus Young and "a trade exemption that will allow the Timberwolves to acquire a player within the next year without hindrance by the salary cap. The exemption is believed to be worth $4 million." 76ers: 2015 first-round pick from Miami (owned by Cleveland), Luc Mbah a Moute, Alexey Shved My initial reaction is that I love this deal for the T-Wolves, and wtf at Philadelphia's return. Cavs obviously get the best player in the trade, so they did what they needed to do, their offense is gonna be gud.
  8. It's August the 23rd boys, big trade about to be officially confirmed if it hasn't already.
  9. Re: Gose in RF, it could just be to give Pompey more reps in center, it probably isn't to say anything about Gose's play. The org already knows that he's an excellent defender, so they keep Pompey in CF to see him out there and also add to his value.
  10. Brett Cecil quietly having a really good year. He's striking out at a rate of ~12 K/9
  11. I'm not going to make excuses for the offense, but maybe, just maybe, the pitcher who was traded for David f***ing Price is performing well because the Rays saw that he was good and expected him to be good?
  12. Suddenly I'm glad I didn't ask my less-than-casual friends to see if they wanted to go to this game.
  13. I thought you carried your spreadsheets around? Damnit GD, this is why we can't have nice things.
  14. xFIP doesn't account for your horrible catcher adding two walks to the pitcher's line, just saying.
  15. Btw, this is not the first time I've tuned in to a broadcast (radio or TV) where Siddall is critiquing and talking about the importance of framing, I remember him praising McCann while the Jays were in New York.
  16. Joe Siddall, he's usually with Jerry Howarth in the radio booth, and gets the occasional gig when Pat is out. He's very good.
  17. Even Siddall is ripping Navarro for his horrible framing.
  18. Just a quick observation, but Drabek still falls to the first base side of the bag, I don't know if that affects him, but IIRC this was an issue he had when he first got called up.
  19. And we're at that point in the game where everything gets by, wonderful.
  20. Fair point. Though I'm pretty sure he's a lot younger lol.
