Man I must be one poor bastard if 5 million dollars is basically free. -
Yeah it's pretty hard, he's obviously made a lot of shrewd moves but when all the money that you need and then some is available it's kind of hard to not be competitive. He's got some pretty big albatrosses in his roster and you can't really attribute that to bad negotiating specifically since you can basically offer whatever the hell you want in order to obtain it. He's the perfect Yankees GM.

This is what I've always thought. But I guess you can attract more casuals if you can at least shorten the game a bit to make it follow the same pace of the other professional leagues.

I really hope Chase Anderson gets a rotation spot. But stupid Dave Stewart probably has Cahill and Hellickson above him on the depth chart.
