  1. Chris Davis just looks horrendous at the plate. I mean sure, he always struck out a lot, but right now it's like he can barely see/hit the ball at all.
  2. Bundy with the classic horseshoe up the ass.
  3. Trout's been kind of good this year despite missing a third of the season. Irl he's 3rd in WAR for position players and he has like anywhere from 100-200 PA less than the guys around him. Pretty decent at this baseball game that guy is.
  4. Hell of a series bro, doesn't get much better than that.
  5. Also, I've been receiving a number of inquiries on Brent Honeywell; I'm a big fan but some of these have been pretty good so I may decide to move him. I more than likely won't accept a deal before the playoffs are done, but you can start getting your early bids in now and we can get a line of communication going, that is if the board reverts to loading a page in under 5 minutes.
  6. Man, when it rains it pours for Teoscar. HR to CF and HR to RF, sweet!
  7. Is the board loading deathly slow for you guys as well? It's impossible to reply to anyone.
  8. The problem is his swing I think. He's got raw power but his swing is geared towards slapping/spraying balls all over the field, not necessarily with authority. It's a hit for average swing.
  9. There exists a distinction between raw power and game power. Clearly Hurl's friend is indicating that the former manifests itself during BP but he has yet to tap into it with consistency during games, not exactly uncommon for a player experiencing their first taste of professional baseball.
  10. I did after. McCullers not being the ace everyone expected made his rotation a tire fire. He's got the right idea though, go all in on offense and hope the pitchers sort their s*** out. I've tried the reverse and I gotta tell ya, pitchers are complete ****s.
  11. How did jays_fever miss the playoffs? Jesus Christ that offense.
  12. They're running on Montero like there's no tomorrow. Poor Biagini.
  13. Teoscar in CF and Ureña in SS tonight, unfortunately it comes at the expense of Donaldson.
  14. Ouch that's a tough hit, these random early starts can be huge blows every now and then. With the PPD between Yanks and O's today I wonder if some people were also burned in not using the Tampa-Minny players.
  15. Just so I'm clear, as a non-playoff team I am allowed to add guys from the waiver wire until season's end?
  16. Luis Castillo of the Reds is a stud. The guy throws gas and has nasty secondaries. Reminds me of Luis Severino though he's actually a year older.
  17. You might say that, but neither Arcia or Tim Anderson (similar ish guy) never put up the numbers that Albies did at the age/level that he did it. 148 wRC+ as a 19 year old in AA!
  18. Dropped a guy but I could only move Fields out of the DL for tomorrow's games.
  19. Deal #2 P2F receives: Dylan Bundy Ozzie Albies Jaysblue's 4th round MiLB Orgfiller receives: Danny Salazar Yasmani Grandal
  20. My first and second deals have just been finalized. Since the owner in the first is currently in a playoff position, the deal can only be made official once said playoffs are over, so we've decided to include a clause in case of career-ending injury/suspension/death to either of the players involved. TCA receives: Rougned Odor Orgfiller receives: Chris Davis
  21. It doesn't, actually. This has long been corrected.
  22. This is going to be so much more annoying when Betts steals third.
