    Only a little but yeah his change was carving them up. His fastball also had all kinds of downward movement so when he dropped the change at 10 mph less it was simply unfair.

    Nah according to Kiley McDaniels he's a current 30 with future 50 hit tool at best. Edit: I think I missed a joke.

    To be fair I think the Rays' system is quite deep which somewhat explains his low ranking but there's no way he's not at least a 45 FV and appears below someone like Jose De Leon who can't stay on the mound. Also, it's April 16 and fangraphs is still missing the Blue Jays, the entire AL Central and the entire NL West. I understand that as a mostly one person job with McDaniels joining halfway it's hard, the lists are in-depth and it's free content, but it's a pretty big shitshow that they're just barely above halfway done with no end in sight. At this rate they won't even be done by the draft.

    This is by far the worst start to the year weather wise that I can remember. Not just for us but the rest of the league too. Hell even the ACC had a leaky roof in the first Raptors playoff game on Saturday. It's f***ed.

    Narrative wise I kind of prefer to face the Cavs and beat them so the Raps get the recognition that they deserve. Also if we lose against the Pacers they'll never be able to live that down.

    Meh it's no 80 point performance but I got really lucky with some key players being PPD'd and people not being able to switch them out.

    Leadoff actually! Gibby has been really good with his lineup construction, although I still think Smoak should be hitting 4th and not 3rd but oh well.

    Considering he's already on an innings limit I really doubt the Angels want him to be using his arm any more than he needs to. Also Calhoun plays very good defense and is at least average overall, there's really no need for them to sit him over Ohtani as it stands.
