  1. I'm not going to be believe that. You need to tell me that there have been others as good or better than Jeter at making the jumpy-throw? You and your fancy stats won't fool me this time!
  2. I hate you so much Buck, made it seem like a routine fly out was a 3rd decker. *facepalm*
  3. I hate you so much Buck, made it seem like a routine fly out was a 3rd decker. *facepalm*
  4. Aim your line drive Bautista! You create your own luck!
  5. Is it too late? Can I still predict Lind for the 5th?
  6. O/U on amount of times Buck and Pat mention Jeter's leadership and captain skills?
  7. It's hard to comprehend, something about him being a quitter on the team and us just being "bandwagon fans" for defending him or some s***.
  8. Since you clearly don't have the time to read I'll summarize it for you: They said Halladay was bad, we came to his defense.
  9. Smart, compare our outfielders to one of the best in baseball, way to keep adding on to the argument.
  10. Are you inciting a riot today? Or was that if they lost both games? We clearly needed more board members there tonight.
  11. RASMUS WAS STANDING OUT OF POSITION!!! Call up Gose, DFA, teach him on valuable LF tools.
  12. If I create my own luck, does that mean that if I try really hard I can win the lottery no problem?
  13. I guess I just have to get the point across. Dear theblujay, I appreciate your comments regarding the topic at hand. I wouldn't say that the Toronto Blue Jays would have won against the Tampa Bay Rays in the game where Brandon John Morrow was the starting pitcher. My thoughts are equal in this first game against the New York Yankees that saw Dustin Michael McGowan as the starter for the Toronto team. However, I have stated that the opposing team did get a lot of very weak hits against the Jays' hurler, not reflecting on his true ability as such nor does it reflect on the outfield defense. Kind regards, Orgfiller.
  14. Except that what Gose makes up in defense he loses badly on offense.
  15. Ok, here's a quote that clearly demonstrates John's thoughts on Rasmus' position: "When will they realize Rasmus isn't a CF hes a LF." "Hes an average CF would be really good in LF" oh look another.
  16. We might agree to disagree here, but Rasmus most definitely covers a lot of ground, of course other CF's make more plays, he's not Bourjous. And re: the positional value thing, it's basically providing the same offense at LF, a less valuable position, or at CF, a more valuable one, not that hard to comprehend.
  17. Find a quote where anyone implies that we should be winning today or should have won yesterday, DO IT.
  18. You should become a book critic, such good interpretation and reading comprehension! /awful joke.
  19. And we thought Delabar's biggest health risk was his elbow!
  20. Alright Maddon, enlighten us as to why Rasmus is an "average" CF and why he would suddenly become above average in LF (which, bee tee dubs, has far less positional value).
  21. I'm sorry, were they supposed to stand 10 ft behind the SS?
