If the pitcher is on the ropes and struggling with fastball command, he'll likely try to throw one right down the pipe, that's the pitch he looked for, and the pitch he got, unfortunately it wasn't effective, but nothing wrong with that approach.

Brutal to lose such a close game after a huge comeback, I heard from a friend who was watching at the Maple Leaf Square and even in the rain it was packed. Refs were crap again I see?
When's our next game?
I was the game, awful hitting display for the most part. Francisco's HR was CRUSHED, that ball went far in a hurry! Capuano was apparently untouchable, Jays looked foolish out there, and omg Rasmus couldn't make contact. Terrible game.
You do realize that regression for Kuroda means being better than he is now right? Sabathia (speed issues or not) is currently striking out and walking at a pace better than his career norms? That while being hurt by extremely unsustainable HR/FB (31.6% lol), his xFIP is 2.50, he's actually doing rather great.

Oh my f***ing god can we stop with the Rasmus is shallow ********? Jones hit a f***ing double to CF that f***ing Willie Mays wouldn't have come within 10 feet of.
For f***s sakes.
