    If I got to pay Drury $68M and he came with a top 25 prospect who would be under team control for years, yes, absolutely. And when you consider that there's only like ~45M left on the contract, not $68M it becomes an even easier decision.

    Do they even offer him a QO? I mean, he's had about the worst possible year he could possibly have had, and even with the 3-4 inning stretches where he's looked amazing, he's had enough complete melt-downs that it's destroyed 100% of his value.

    I love the idea of taking on a crap contract to boost the haul for Stroman. Myers has to be better than Drury as a bench/semi-utility guy anyway, right?

    Replace Galvis with Bichette and Drury with almost anyone and that's got the potential to be a not a half terrible lineup.

    I haven't heard anything at all like that, and they'd be super dumb to do that since they have 35,000 sports channels that need content beyond poker and darts...

    Again, his fielding numbers this year (particularly in LF) are positive. He hasn't looked bad by the eye test either, and he's got a hell of an arm.
