Hey now! 6% is better then 0%. Plus....the casuals should be eating up the fact that we're "only" 4 games back. Yeah, we're not going to make the playoffs, but i would bet a lot of casual fans still think we have a good chance. Plus....it's still fun for me.

Well yes. I took away from the OP that you would not need to sign in to post and thus no one would know who's who. So a regular could post there without signing in and no one would know he's not a lurker. -
Which is why i said it wouldn't happen. Esp. Since we just benched him for the remaining of the year. In said scenario though i would play him everyday in LF vs Righty pitching and some of the time in CF vs Lefty pitching to spell Gose. So he would get plenty of playing time. But ya...when you bench a guy for the remaining of the year he's clearly not coming back. If we hadn't though and he truly liked playing here he strikes me as a guy that doesn't really care for breaking the bank and would make a nice option given his skill set.

I know this won't happen but having a platoon of Rasmus/John Mayberry in LF could be decent. This would only work on the assumption that Rasmus signs for a reasonable one year contract. He could also play CF to give Gose a breather every now and then.
