I think he's saying move lower in the same section. Having two beers and a hot dog in your hand so you can't show your ticket wouldn't be necessary in this case.

Depends really. If you're going to a weekday game and it's fairly empty you won't have a problem moving up rows in your section. Not so much on a weekend.

There's really not much difference between 2nd and SS. The range would still be an issue but his arm would be wasted.
