I'm not going to say you're wrong that a lot of Jays fans support that (I'm pretty sure it was you who mentioned the A-Rod/Howie Clark thing), but it's just not something I agree with, so I don't think I'll ever get it. I mean, I get it in the sense that "that's just how baseball is" and all that old-timey ********, but it's all so f***ing stupid. Just today, a Cardinals fan was carrying on about how Bautista got what he deserved and he knew it would happen after his stupid bat flip, and how now no one with ever do that again when they play the Rangers because I guess they're so super scary now? I just hate the complete lack of logic. A bat flip is bad. Drilling him with a fastball is good. That slide was bat. Him getting punched in the face was good. So certain types of violence are acceptable, but not all? You don't get to play whichever side suits you in any given moment.
