A lot of managers do not want to mess with what has worked in the past. If Bo 2/Vladdy 3 got them both to all-star status last year, then that's where they'll be unless the world is crumbling down around us. There might be statistics involved but largely its superstition. Some managers are eclectic, Charlie is not that. He's only like that with bullpen. -

actually insane, < 70% and no repercussions. I am not even remorseful that umpires responsible for the above would lose their jobs to robo-umpiring.
