    @Dagagad I mean this is the spot you use Phelps in lol 3-run lead. You just put him to get outs. He doesn't need to have lights out stuff. If he gets a run in, then you need your elite relievers. Why would you burn your elite relievers here and not have them tomorrow when it might be tighter?
