  1. That's no straight talk.... LOL
  2. We now have the technology to make the game fairer and better so why not improve on it? In hockey they have cameras in the nets to make sure a goal is legal. A 3rd. strike can end a game, that's way to much power given to an ump when so much is on the line when there would be no dispute when the legal right call would be made by the computer generated strike zone. Some umps are vengeful and will purposely give a hard time to batters/pitchers/teams on border line pitches. I'm an old fart all in favor of making the game more fair, I hate it when bad calls are made, specially when they have the ability to fix the problem.
  3. Have it electronically monitored, have them wear electrified jockstrap and zap the f***ers every time they got it wrong. Bet you their zone will improve quickly.
  4. It's ok to celebrate when doing it in a professional matter. This is Mickey Mouse stuff for 5 years old.
  5. Tell a moderator on a forum that he's making a s***** call and see how fast it gets you banned. Don't think the moderator will give a s*** about your opinion but he will retaliate for being called out.
  6. Saving some money to spend it on Hamels/Papelbon trade ?
  7. You need to be in a position of authority to understand the concept.
  8. So we're going to be 2 games under 500 this early in the season and people want everyone fired. What a joke some of you are.
  9. What pisses me off is when it seems like our batters are getting the short end of the stick, getting strikes called on them while the same pitches are balls for the other team. Seems to happen a lot to our Canadian team.
  10. Yep, that would do it... LOL
  11. I think you are missing my point, the batters are hurting themselves by arguing with the umps even when the umps are totally wrong which they are often but they are also human so their emotions will make them react to the batters offencive behavior towards them, it's human nature.
  12. Yes, I agree 100%. They should use the electronic computerized strike calls, zapped those f***ers when it's a strike. Fair for both teams.
  13. They are MLB umpires with many years of experience, you show them respect no matter if they missed a call. Screaming at them and taking little fits isn't the answer, you're just making matters worse for yourself, they are still the ones making the calls after you react to them and don 't think they will be in a good mood to help you out. They will be a lot nicer to players that are nice to them. Common-sense.
  14. So you think the same umps will favor the Jays batters on close pitches? I don't think so. You're an ******* to them they will be to you. And guess who the losers are.
  15. Give the cops a hard time and see what happens. Same with umps. Stupid move, keep the umps out of the equation no matter what.
