They showed the team stretching pre game. Why do pro teams do this? Research has shown, for a while, that it makes muscles less efficient, less powerful, and potentially increases the chance of injury.

No racist. I don't care much either. When I said I can't understand, it wasn't a judgement call. Idont get it because if I moved somewhere where they don't speak English, I'd want to learn the language so I can communicate with those around me. I wasn't trying to be controversial

Yes. I love hearing him speak. I think it's great that he's making an effort to learn English. I can't believe how some of our players don't seem to even try to learn the language.
