True but not many were complaining about him batting 5th after he was OPSing over .800 with 8 HR in April

Gibbons has done an okay job of this, though sometimes he seems to leave slumping hitters high in the order too long.... like JPA in May/June

Makes me wonder if there is a way to look up largest run differential in MLB history? Seattle had 300+ that season (amazing).
