I'm surprised that the top 5 didn't end up being Wheeler, Sanchez, Kolten Wong, Kyle Gibson and Luis Heredia. And I certainly would have had Mike Montgomery on "others to consider." How did I do?

Yeah, I think the Oilers would probably be more fun. But I f***ing love to win, so it would be tough. I just want to trade for Tom Wilson. I hope that the Sens manager isn't attached to him.

I didn't really look at it, so what do you mean by that? Empty farm, or stacked one? The defencemen were very nice, although the Pronger and Visnovsky (I think it was, two expensive old guys) will likely become albatrosses. And then Stamkos, Kopitar and some other nice forwards, along with a legit goalie (Rinne, if I remember correctly). All around a legit place to start.

This matters very little, but I easily could have had two guys, if I didn't send you Correa, and Gausman didn't get the call. But alas, I have zero, therefore years of toiling in last place are soon to come..

I didn't like parting with Correa, I think he has a top SS in the bigs (fantasy wise) ceiling. The first round pick was tough too, because I feared I was unknowingly becoming one of those teams that punts the farm for a shot at the championship. With that being said, I think this trade gives me a good shot at a deep playoff run the next couple years, and we can solve those problems tomorrow. The funny thing is, this trade started off for Kuroda.
