Are there any rumours out there of Stro and the Phillies? With Arrieta possibly going down, they might need another proven arm. I could be wrong, but I don't recall seeing them in the 'list of suitors'.

I'm tentatively excited about the deadline. We could really use a boost in the farm as we push back to contention, but I'm worried I'll be let down like with the Happ trade last year. Ross did ok on some other deal last deadline and over the winter, but that one left me pretty deflated

I've sure got a knack for picking good pitchers who DON'T f***ING SIGN... Rocker was named BA's freshman of the year, JT Ginn named the freshman of the year for his conference. My 2021 prospect crop is going to look great... (to be fair, I knew Rocker wasn't signing when I picked him lol)

I think this is a ole mighty NJH ruling. Typically we haven't given assets back for illegal adds if I recall... but that recollection may not be that good.

I'll update the rules in a bit to include a blurb about 2-way players. Until Yahoo does the right thing and makes them on player like ESPN (which will be a s*** show when we have an asset on two teams).

I highly suggest trading players just before they die. Its been a good strategy for me.

rereading what I posted, that sounded more 'tisk tisk' than it was meant to. It doesn't have to be a wink wink nudge nudge type of thing. You can be explicit about what 'future considerations' are being traded. They just won't show up on the Google Sheet b/c we don't have a place to track them. And the mods don't go back and look for deal in the past when we start tracking 2020 MiLB picks, so you just have to make sure someone processes it eventually.

Hey GB, just a heads up b/c I'm not sure if you have been part of one of those before. MiLB picks on only tracked for the current year. You can make trades for 'future considerations', but its up to you to make sure this gets processed once the next years MiLB picks are tracked on the sheet.

I also just processed the first part of the BTS Boxy trade (before the trade above). So it should just be the MiLB part to process.
