I think PHI will take Embiid, they obviously aren't going to compete in the next couple years so they can bring Embiid along slowly if necessary. Similar to what they did with Noel. Only question is if they think Embiid and Noel can play together (I think so).

Ya the bad back is worrisome absolutely. IMO someone is going to get a ridiculous steal if he goes outside the top 5.

I would still take Harper but they are much closer now. Zips has them both as true talent .380 wOBA bats, one of those situations if it was a re-draft I don't think you can go wrong there.

I think they were just waiting for a couple good starts in a row before moving him up. Maybe he's turning the corner, 14:3 K:BB in his last two starts 11.2 IP. His last start was June 8th, so that would be a bit of a quick turnaround for the next start. -

I know you're trolling but I'll respond anyway. Stroman is already showing the arsenal and command of a #3 starter. With the amount of things that can happen and the ridiculously high bust rate pitchers have, I would be shocked if Beede reaches the level Stroman is already at.
