His mechanics causing everything else to drop and then get even worse when working with the pitch clock. The weight and the pitch clock definitely hurts this year cause the Jays didn't prepare for it like they should and the impact wasn't expected to be like this for him...just bad all around lol
Definitely hard to tell. Could be that, could be the slider, could be just throwing the fastball over the plate vs hitters. Or he could just have been awful and trying
All AL/NL teams having the same schedule and the playoffs are determined by the top X number on each side would be fun. Not sure they would ever do it though
Look deeper contextually is all I will say. You can think that is average for a 20-24 year old or based on your expectation. Whatever. Im on to bigger and better things. Good luck
I dont care if people want to be stupid. If someone thinks 80 hit tool means .350 with 60 HR as a 23 and 24 year old...maybe you just don't know how baseball works lmao
Wonder why the offense tanked. Bo has sucked worse than Vlad that you all want to go to the minors lmao
Chapman also deciding to retire after April hasn't helped lol
Our SP problems come from the inability to pitch to the edges of the strike zone, especially with 2 strikes. Just uncompetitive pitches until they have to throw a fastball over the plate. Very few close strike to ball pitches (Gausman excluded)
