  2. In reality the last regime did some great things and some horrible things. The new regime has done some good things and some bad things. Basically it's a wash.
  3. We have enough good pieces going forward we should be able to re-tool or go for win now mode for at least the next 5-7 years
  4. If he isn't fired by next Sunday I will not post in any thread except for the Homerun Contest for a week....cause imo that means we would have started winning games again, probably at least 5
  5. He should blame Gibby, but Donaldson is right. Almost every player has let fastballs down the middle go in hopes of upping the pitch count of the starter. This approach is stupid and costing us runs and ABs.
  6. Donaldson told the team some things need to be reevaluated and some of the players need to change their approach......hopefully this wakes a few of them up
  7. I'm calling it...by next Sunday he will be fired
  8. Bringing up Pompey and moving Bautista to DH would be a better message imo
  9. SP depth...problem is Gibby is using him and Floyd as 7th inning men, which they are not
  10. If he brought in Tepera...probably
  11. Plus Estrada has been grabbing his arm all game bit throws almost a career high in pitches...why?
  12. What an amazing offense the white sox have...RISP triple from Navarro on an 0-2 count...but we can't hit a middle cut fastball Also, wouldn't Gibby have taken out any other pitcher in that situation...but left Estrada in and that's probably ball game. Everything Gibby does doesn't work, except hit Carrera leadoff that somehow worked
  13. Because they are not good enough to hit the ball so they complain about the strikezone. Been this way for awhile
  14. I think Bautista would definitely agree to a trade since he would probably finish the season as a DH if we are not in the playoff hunt
  15. I'll answer my own question...they looked bad as well lol
  16. Let's see how the white sox handle the same offensive situation
  17. 3-1 fastball down the middle and Bautista takes it again...wtf is he doing. Looks like he has mailed it in
  18. But that's been the offense for a few years. Last year we had Travis, Reyes, Revere, and anyone who hit 9th get on base. Not happening for the most part this year. The middle of the order seems to be trying to force things as a result.
  19. Quintana has been terrible imo. Also every other pitch is 92 middle of the plate it seems like. We still can't hit a pitchers mistake. Last year we would be cruising to victory.
  20. 3 straight innings with a guy on 2nd 1 out or less...we really need to score in these situations.
  21. Guy on 2nd with 1 out and 0 outs...still can't hit with RISP. That's where we took advantage of other teams last season
