    I think Stroman will suprise some eith how he comes out of the gates this playoffs. He has the experiwnce now and hopwfully he learned. We should know aftwr a few batters how he is pitching though. Id love to have Sanchez going but at least we got home field this time. Maybe the stress of knowing they should make the playoffs got to them this month and they come out on fire because that pressure is gone.

    I think starting Stroman is the smart decision. Liriano and Estrada can come in if needed out of the pen where they have more recent experience. Also, this might be a good way to fire up the offense early. If Stroman comes out with his normal fire it could fire up an already hyped up crowd and maybe spark some life into the offense that looks like the Walking Dead.

    If I was the Orioles it wouldn't even be a debate. I would pitch Ubaldo. He does everything that hurts our offense. Pitch away, and slow, and away, and slower. Only one time did we adjust and we blew him out. Other than that our hitters don't adjust to his syle of pitching and we lose our power and ability to put hits together. No idea who they will actually pitch though.

    Id start Stroman with Liriano or Estrada ready quickly when needed.

    Still shows how well I thought Sanchez was/could pitch. I still wouldn't take Syndergaard over Sanchez. Synder pitches in the NL. 3-5 free outs a game. Until he does it again the AL East and the offenses we have. Sanchez is better than Syndergaard!

    That's your opinion. He is entitled to his. Should Bautista bunt...that's debatable because this isn't Bautista from the past. It's the broken leg, DP machine, low IQ, shattered shoulder, pop up Bautista. Who is about our 6th best hitter at this point. I don't think he should have bunted but based on the odds it wouldn't have been a bad choice.

    Tbs just showed the Bautista play from overhead. It's all on him. Started jogging to second then started running

    We are last in the AL in runs scored over the last 30 days and have to be last in getting a runner in from 3rd less than 2 outs. I think sending him was the right thing. Question is why did he look slower than me coming down the 3rd base line.

    If Liriano could have gone today I would have pitched him today and save Sanchez for either a tiebreaker or the WC game.
