    Cause they have some good prospects and Happ is what we need imo. An everyday player that can play anywhere with the power to be a star with everyday ABs. Cubs need pitching and could use Pillar better than we are. Seems like a perfect fit for what they want/do. They also won't be using Happ everyday for a few years it seems.

    I read it more as...came back and it flared up again, then the team said we are going to give him 500 million down the line let's take him to a specialist and make sure everything is 100% before he tries to play again. No reason not to make sure he is 10000% healthy
