  1. 5th AB Pitch 1- slider away, ball Pitch 2- fastball outside corner, fouled back Pitch 3- fastball away, ball Pitch 4- fastball over the plate, hard hit dropping line drive to LF, tough catch and doubled off the runner to end the game Overall, Very good plate discipline. Only swung at 1 bad pitch. The only swing and miss. Couple of hard hit balls including the HR. Maybe a shift away from the Bo no leg kick on 2 strikes will lead back to a stable acceptable K rate
  2. 4th AB Pitch 1- slider away, ball Pitch 2- fastball away strike (probably a ball) Pitch 3- curve ball up, ball Pitch 4- fastball away, ball (should have been a walk) Pitch 5- fastball outside corner, fouled back Pitch 6- fastball away (pitch 2 location), fouled back Pitch 7- fastball outside corner at the knees, good hit ball to 3rd for a ground out *Note* Orelvis did not use the Bo 2 strike no leg kick approach. Had a leg kick on every pitch this AB
  3. 3rd AB Pitch 1- Fastball up for a ball Pitch 2- Fastball in, inside out swing, line drive out to CF
  4. Definitely reading too much into it
  5. 2nd AB Pitch 1- slider inside, probably a ball, called a strike Pitch 2- fastball, pulled into the hole next to SS, Volpe makes a good throw to get Orelvis
  6. Orelvis today (MILB.tv game of the week, free with MLB.tv) 1st AB: Pitch 1- slider down and away swing and miss Pitch 2- slider gets a good part of the plate crushed for a 3-run home run
  7. Bo and Vlad will bring in a run. Find a way to win
  8. Not how it works. From the catcher or pitcher on bunts, drop 3rd strike, swinging bunts it will be left foot on the base
  9. That was the fundamentally correct way on that play
  10. 110 MPH from Vlad. Very good to see. Just right at a perfect placed defense
  11. Which happens in the bottom of the 8th Vlad gets tossed Or Vlad hits a home run
  12. So this ump has called 4 balls a strike. All against the Jays...75% against Vlad
  13. He is a piece of s*** umpire
  14. Just utter trash umpires. Every AB starting 0-1 on balls
