  1. Oops ball hits net and....no challenge
  2. There is a reason we are .005% correct on challenges
  3. Vlad should be pissed. Stupid f***ing coach
  4. Montoyo and replay guy are back. Everyone is back
  5. And they are challenging it lmao. Bad throw, bad step. Trash replay guy. Vlad told them not to challenge and they do
  6. So obvious Phillies game plan vs Vlad. Pitch counter to the %s
  7. Vlad was sitting sliders only got 1. Kirk got a fastball and then flailed on the sliders lol Hernandez makes the adjustment and hits the fastball But another out on the base paths
  8. Go Blue Jays!!!!!!! Lots of runs today

  10. Big trade about to go down. $10,000 and Matt Carpenter for Ohtani. Yankees going all in
  11. 1. Defense and base running has been pretty obvious issues that seems to compound as time goes on 2. Don't care. Consider it the analytical play of running to 1B. Vlad hits the ball so hard that when its statistically a guaranteed out and no chance of making it close he doesn't run it out full go or far. Deal with it. The analysis shows clearly that this method helps keep Vlad fresher and not tired, while allowing for less chances for injury. Vlad goes full out on grounders that will be close or he can beat and those are the ones you want him to run on. Its about the long game and his method is backed by science and data. Vlad's 2nd half last year he tired tremendously and has said he is doing everything to stay fresh this year. Not running on clear outs is acceptable 3. We suck at manufacturing runs thats for sure. Stealing bases is part of it. Bigger issue is situational hitting (runner on 3rd less than 2 outs and RISP) I do think coaching plays a role in 1 and 3. Montoyo receives the blame imo
  12. It was an offensive comparison showing just how little K% means if you are hitting for a solid avg and power, along with just how big a difference a few HRs and/extra base hits mean
  13. Just interesting.... Player A: .268 AVG, 29.4% K, 12.2% BB, .369 OBP, 24 HR Player B: .269 AVG, 17.8% K, 10.1% BB, .350 OBP, 19 HR Player A could win the MVP and is almost 8 years older Player B is a complete disappointment to many lmao
  14. I'll let you in on a secret....they arent trading Gurriel or Teo
  15. Would hope so and they turn it around in a big way...but with the a phillies and KC next week, not holding out hope until its clear it has turned
  16. You mean Bo. Guy is always serious. Infield pop up is the SS ball always
  17. Oh wow. An error and then an 0-2 87 MPH fastball down the middle...kind of like quit pitching soft tossing gimmicks late in games
