  1. Wanting a guy to play against more age appropriate competition because hes clearly not being challenged is being a superfan?
  2. Way too early to make any judgements, it's just unfortunate they have nowhere to put him closer to his age. 1b at Vancouver has Clemens, Nash Knight in Lansing (where Noda would be about league average age), and Pentecost still playing a lot at 1b in Dunedin. f*** it, punt Knight... He's a nobody. Noda is hitting like .460 over 91 PA. It's obviously not challenging him
  3. Noda 2/4 again tonight with a HR, triple and walk.
  4. Frazier is sporting like a .210 babip, whIle, posting really good contact, walk and K rates. And even his pedestrian line is an improvement from what the Yankees have received from their 1b this season. Frazier could be a monster in the second half if his babip regressed to his career avg.
  5. Jose is looking terrible at the plate. .. yet he has 2 hits.
  6. Wow... Smoak, Morales and Tulo with consecutive RbI hits. Someone sacrifice a chicken before the game?
  7. That's a horrendous trade anytime. I don't get it.
  8. Lol, if that stays a double the scorer from mlb should be fired. Single and an error all day
  9. Not a bad start, HRs from Davis and Cozart already
  10. Or Leyba... just very underwhelming for a bat like JD.
  11. They had Dave Stewart as the GM....in fact, the last steal their franchise made was firing him.
  12. Yeah... but it's hard not to take him against the white sox. Unless he gets hit by lightning it's probably 30 points minimum
  13. This is a steal for Arizona.
  14. Jimenez and Kopech would easily slot after Guerrero and before Alford imo. Luis Robert would be arguably there but I'd put him after both Alford and Bo
  15. True, but it's still the same franchise since it never folded. It just moved and was renamed. I actually wish the Winnipeg Jets came up with a new name when their new franchise began again to avoid even more confusion.
  16. I think it's fine, Noda is in a roster crunch and really can't play any higher right now. The fact that he's raking is what he should be doing. Does it put him high on the watch list? Not really, but I'm not going to hold it against him that there's no room for him at higher level right now.
  17. Jays signed undrafted FA SS Brandon Grudzielanek (nephew of Mark). He debuted for Bluefield today at 3b and went 2/4
  18. Chris Rowley moved up to Buffalo recently. Very intriguing story
  19. http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/the-case-for-the-blue-jays/
  20. Probably 2-3 innings tops. Edit... never mind. Game 2 rained out
  21. Zimmerman just overtook the Expos/Nats franchise HR lead from Vlad Guerrero.
  22. Yeah, and free to get in this year! That doesn't suck. I'm fortunate it's only an hour-ish drive so I get there quite a few times every year. 1st time on the golf course there though, incredible scenery
  23. Broke 100 for the first time today, 97 at Waterton Lakes Golf Club. Beautiful course!
