The ball didn't bounce up like it usually did on the old turf. Can't fault the guy on a tough play like that with a speedy runner to boot. Tough error, but it saves Hutch's numbers.

In general,good pitching has a bit more of an advantage in April versus May and onward. Give it another week or two and the middle of the order bats will be much better. Donaldson is already starting to creep out of it.
