  1. Exactly. Imagine applying that approach vs everyone?
  2. Nobody shortens up and thinks line drive with RISP. Horrible pitch Happ. Machado looked like he was looking change and got it.
  3. Oh yeah.. Keep doing it periodically and he might get defended traditionally.
  4. Gotta love those HR cuts no matter what the situation or count is.
  5. Saunders should do that on purpose sometimes.
  6. They're all on board with a proper approach, same as the Red Sox. If EE, Smoak(Bautista to some extent) and Martin would / can adjust, we'd be better.
  7. Meh.. I like Kotchman's approach and short swing. He also makes adjustments with two strikes and with a runner on third with less than two outs.
  8. I'd like to see Kotchman get a shot at playing first base for a stretch. He'd be an upgrade over Smoak imo.
  9. What a bad loss after the great start with the bats.
  10. Cecil and Storen were expected to be better.
  11. JD WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cf
  12. He's elite, but he's also made of flesh and bone. Can't be used this often and expect him to maintain an elite status.
  13. This team just keeps you around enough just to keep breaking your nerves over and over and over and over.
  14. Fastball at 91-92.
  15. So Grilli can't give us two innings? Osuna is being used way too often.
  16. That fastball was 91mph
  17. Five runs tonight so far isn't bad. Too bad Stroman wasn't good.
  18. Nice pitch..
  19. Martin has always been good defensively, but he has seemed to drop off drastically this year.
  20. First and second , no out..
  21. Weiters is twice the size as Martin but moves his feet to block balls better.
