    They're all on board with a proper approach, same as the Red Sox. If EE, Smoak(Bautista to some extent) and Martin would / can adjust, we'd be better.

    Meh.. I like Kotchman's approach and short swing. He also makes adjustments with two strikes and with a runner on third with less than two outs.
