    Travis will most likely remain in Buffalo for at least two weeks. Two straight weeks of getting at bats (alternating from second base and DH) will be the best path for him in getting his timing back. When JD is back, I think Pompey makes the most sense to be brought up. Alford is the better prospect and needs to be playing every day right now,especially after missing some time this year.

    I guess if this narrative is going to be constantly repeated prior to a Sanchez start, it will happen sooner or later. If not, we'll all be pleasantly surprised, right?
