    The Rays had no answer to the change up/fastball combo from Estrada and Clippard. I was afraid when a more conventional type like Tepera or even Osuna would come in, there would be trouble.

    Even if you are the Yankees or Red Sox, that's still not a good business decision given the current roster.

    Vladdy will finish the year in Buffalo and will be a September call up. Shapiro needs this off season to play out what the team's options are with a possible JD signing and Smoak's option year. I would love to see JD resigned and Smoak's option picked up. JD's shoulder is not the same and is an issue, therefore JD and Smoak sharing first base and DH duties while Vladdy is at third base would be a nice scenario. Vladdy will be up here next May for good.

    Martin had no chance at third, not sure why he would take his eye off the ball after it bounced up that high with Smith running at second. Just f***ing ridiculous.
